Times College was established on 11 May 1997 with a vision to provide quality IT education to students in Damoh and surrounding regions. Initially, we offered certificate and diploma programs in computer basics and DCA, PGDCA.
Inaugurated by: Mr. K.S. Kandhari (Principal, Govt. PG College), Mr. Mahadev Prasad Gupta (Freedom Fighter), and Principal of Government Women's College, with many local dignitaries.
Initial Courses: Successfully conducted DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications) and PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) under Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University.
Focus: Emphasis on quality education, practical training, and foundation-level hardware knowledge.
New Course Introduced: BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) – a 3-year undergraduate degree course.
We introduced MSc in Computer Science to provide in-depth postgraduate education in AI, ML, cybersecurity, and networking.

Infrastructure Growth:
Over 50 modern computers with internet and networking.
Facilities include scanners, printers, hardware tools, and a large practical lab.
A library with 7000+ books and various classroom and workshop facilities.
Faculty: Staff includes highly educated and experienced teachers.
Guest Lectures & Practical Exposure: Regular guest sessions, seminars, assignments, unit tests, and industrial tours for project development.
Course Material: Provided free of cost for DCA and PGDCA students.
Adopted e-learning and LMS platforms for online classes and blended learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Introduced online exam and result systems.
Celebrated 26 successful years of IT education, over 3000 students trained, with alumni working in reputed national and international companies.
Continuing to grow with modern infrastructure, industry collaboration, data science labs, and startup incubation programs planned for the future.
